Spring Break Day 3

Day 3: 4/11
I drove to Irvine to stay at my bf's place for 3 days, 2 nights. It's my first time sleeping over since he moved out from his parents place. He moved into a huge 4 bedroom/ 4 bathrooms house with 4 other roommates. The house is very spacious. The neighborhood is so quiet. I'm just not used to it.
His room is so empty. HAHA.

But before that...

I met up with my bestie Sarah. We had lunch at Tokyo Table during happy hour. So cheap compared to dinner prices @_@

After lunch, met up with Steve and his friend Nick. We ate dessert at Balcony. Their shaved ice was amazing. Sarah describes it as snow. Just melts in your mouth.

Pudding Shaved Ice

Matcha Azuki Shaved Ice

After eating, we needed to walk off some calories so we went to Irvine Spectrum. The first store we check out was Foreign Exchange. Not really my type of clothing but I did see a pair of boots that looked similar to Jeffery Champbell Lita boots for only $60. The guys were following us so I told them to check out the men's section. Their words were "this is not my style".. 10 mins later they come out with bags saying they both bought jackets. NICE. Another store we checked out was Bakers. OMG! I'm in love with their sparkly pumps collection. Sarah was lucky to afford a pair.

Finished the night at Barnes & Nobles. We were dead tired.

Spring Break (pre break, Day 1 & Day 2)

Pre-break 4/6
Hung out with my bestie, Sayuri! Had lunch at El Pollo Inka (Peruvian restaurant). Relaxed at her place then had boba at Rens. Yum! We bought JP magazines from Book-off.

4/7 & 4/8 Nothing exciting. Spent time with my bf and his family.

Day 1: 4/9
Cleaned my room. It was a mess after my exams. Papers and clothes everywhere.

Day 2: 4/10
There was a scheduled power outage in my neighborhood from 9am-6pm. Lame! So I visited a Korean Spa with my mom. Spent the whole day at Riviera Health Spa. We both got the Body Scrub & Massage Combo Treatment (1hr & 15 min) for $80.

At the front desk, we got our towels and spa outfit. Put our stuff away in the lockers. Got naked (took some time getting used to walking around the place naked). Took a shower before entering the wet room. They had us soak in the jacuzzi for 30mins to prep us for scrub. When they called us for our scrub, it was an "interesting" experience. It was like a group massage. They had like 6 massage tables set up. No privacy or anything. Everyone was naked and getting their body scrub. HAHA. The scrubbing was intense and the massage was painful but I felt GREAT afterwards!!! My skin felt baby smooth and my muscles were relaxed.

1st floor: Front desk, spa & sauna, lockers, hair salon.
2nd floor: 4 sauna areas (clay, salt, ice, and jade), korean restaurant & cafe, game room and fitness area.

In my spa outfit.

New Hair

3/11
Felt like doing something different so I dyed my hair. Using palty gold brown.

BEFORE

1ST attempt: My bf used Palty Gold Brown. I have a lot of hair so one boxed didn't cut it. I had patches of black and Gold. Look was similar to a cheetah. LOL

2ND attempt: Went to salon to fix my patchy hair. My stylist, Chihiro, bleached and dyed my hair to match the gold color.

3RD attempt: Came out "too gold" so dyed it a darker gold. LOL.

AFTER

Not the greatest photo of my hair. It's a lot more gold in person.

Victoria's Secret Lotion

Bought this a while back in December. Yes, I know it's been forever but decided to post this because Poupeegirl is having their double posting campaign.

If I can remember, I definitely bought this before christmas. VS was having a promotion on their lotions. Buy 7 for $35 (1 lotion not shown in pic)

I bought..
2x Pear Glace
2x Mango Temptation
1x Strawberries & Champagne
1x Lost in Fantasy
1x Sheer Love

Frank & Sons & Phoenix

3/10

I drove my bf to City of Industry to check Frank & Sons. F&S is a large collectible show that is open 2 days out of the week. People can go there to buy, sell, or trade their collectibles. My bf loves collecting old school Transformers figs and Gundams so he was pretty happy that we were going. LOL. He found a few vendors that were selling the figurines he wanted but were pricey. He did manage to buy one thing. He had me hold it and took a pic.

For lunch, we ate at Phoenix. Chinese casual-dining restaurant. The drinks were amazingly good ^o^/ Food was yummy too.

Mixed fruits tapioca & Fresh Fruits Tropical Iced Tea

Assorted Fried Dim Sum

Crispy Duck

Fried rice

My make-up that day was very plain. No eyelashes or circle lens. Just basic make-up. At least I curled my hair.
